In early 2022, we partnered with green cleaning and personal care company Zero Co to deliver an edutainment pop-up for families visiting our centres during the January and April school holidays.
As sponsor of this multi-site community engagement initiative, Zero Co was able to drive awareness and sales of its sustainably packaged products while demonstrating the real-world impact of discarded plastics on our ocean environments. Over the course of five weeks, the touring underwater-themed activation directed more than 8400 youngsters on a maze-style adventure incorporating fun facts about marine life and good environmental habits.
The colourful pop-up was supported by a range of in-situ and online marketing materials, including large-format ads on centre screens, flyers promoting a retail discount, branded greeter uniforms, digital banner ads and educational content on participating centre websites.
The campaign touched approximately 2.5 million customers while touring Canberra Centre, Castle Towers, Robina Town Centre, Eastland and Pacific Werribee, equating to an impressive return on investment of 1326 per cent.
