A vibrant metropolitan district

Located 27km east of Melbourne’s CBD, Eastland delivers exceptional retail, hospitality and dining experiences to residents of the outer east.

Housing a range of international fashion brands and some of Melbourne's favourite culinary stars, inviting public spaces and essential civic amenities, Eastland has established itself as the cultural heart of Ringwood. With its unrivalled transport links and award-winning design, the centre occupies part of a large developable site in one of the state capital's busiest growth corridors.

Since Eastland's $665m transformation in 2016, which catalysed a building boom in the Ringwood metropolitan activity centre, we have continued to diversify its commercial offering and community benefits. In addition to the 120-room Sage Hotel and Realm public library, Eastland also hosts the new Maroondah City Council offices and will welcome a VicRoads customer service hub in 2022 after the EastCo office tower is completed.
Beyond regular sold-out family events and seasonal markets, Eastland is a well-known destination for emerging brands looking to build consumer trust within a premium retail environment.

Development: EastCo

In mid-2020 construction commenced on an A-grade office tower opposite Eastland, with the dual aim of establishing a CBD-standard work environment on the metropolitan fringe and widening the addressable market for our retail partners.

The new 10-storey EastCo complex will be home to VicRoads' busiest customer service centre by early 2022, bringing new daytime vibrancy to the Eastland ecosystem.

This development forms part of an evolving business and public services hub encircling Eastland's Town Square, including the Maroondah City Council offices (opened 2020) and a Waterman Business Centres coworking facility (opening late 2021).

Ringwood St
Development: 19 Ringwood St

Further expanding the commercial offering at Eastland, late 2021 sees construction commence on another A-grade office building opposite the centre.

Targeting the innovative businesses of outer Melbourne, 19 Ringwood Street delivers 11,500sqm of modern workspace together with around 240 parking spaces and considered end-of-trip facilities.

Large floorplates, abundant natural light and copious fitout options make 19 Ringwood Street a favourable option for forward-looking employers seeking CBD-standard office accommodation in the highly liveable environs of the eastern suburbs.
